Please note that all chocolates are decorated by hand, meaning no matter how hard we try, some chocolates might not be identical, but we guarantee they will look beautiful and super delicious.

If you have any of the following allergies, including NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME, MILK, GLUTEN, WHEAT, and EGGS. while we would love your custom, we would strongly recommend you do not purchase from us. Despite every care being taken, because of the nature of our operation, the risk of cross-contamination is quite high.  

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages during postage, because once the parcel is sent, we don't have any control over it, however, we carefully pack every single chocolate and we use "Fragile" stickers on our shipping boxes.

We do not post our products during unusually hot weather, as the quality of our chocolate will be affected by the heat and will not arrive in good condition. If the UK temperature rises above 25 degrees Centigrade in the area the products are being sent from or posted to, we will temporarily suspend posting them, and hold your Product unless we have in writing or email that you (the customer) with the postage to go ahead at your own risk. The customer will be given a choice to wait for the weather conditions to ease or receive a refund.
