Shipping policy

We deliver within the UK only, at a fixed fee of £4. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class. Proof of postage and a tracking number is obtained with each delivery.  If you live in the area, you can collect your chocolates for free, you'll see an option for that at the checkout.

We also offer free delivery on orders over £50.

The orders are sent within 5 working days, but during warm weather or Christmas, which is our busiest time, it can sometimes take longer. If it's a large order, please allow us up to 10 working days for dispatch.
